Porch Talks Ocracoke
Free Thursday lunchtime talks at the Ocracoke Preservation Society Museum running throughout June, covering storytelling, historic preservation, seashells, birdlife, island cooking, quilting traditions, and the local cat population. All talks start at 1pm with free admission. A genuinely special summer tradition that offers real insight into island life beyond the typical tourist experience.
