The Lifesaving Station occupies the actual historic Caffey's Inlet Life-Saving Station No. 5 in Duck, now serving Southern coastal cuisine built on regional, organic ingredients. Widely regarded as the best breakfast on the OBX, with a seasonally rotating menu and a genuinely impressive wine and beer selection.
