A Hatteras Island institution since 1971, born when a group of surfers came down to Waves — a town with 25 mailboxes — to spend a summer in paradise and never really left. Over 50 years later the shop has grown to embrace surfing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and paddleboarding with lessons and quality gear for all levels. The love of the water that started it all is still the whole point.
